Parque Global – Sao Paulo, Brazil

Parque Global is Related Brasil’s first mixed-use development and one of the largest in the city of Sao Paulo, Brazil.  The first phase of the development includes five residential towers, comprised of 672 units with spacious floor plans averaging 2,130 square feet.

The project is the result of an internationally-renowned team including Miami-based architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica, landscape designer Enzo Enea of Switzerland, Keith Hobbs of United Design Partnership in London, and Brazilian mega-developer Adalberto Bueno Netto, of Bueno Netto Construcões.

Situated along the Pinheiros River, the site commands expansive views of the river and the southwestern area of Sao Paulo. Providing a secure, urban oasis for families and working professionals, the project features a spectacular amenity area for the residents containing 3 acres of greenspace, swimming pools, tennis and sports courts, a fitness center and children’s playgrounds.  The development addresses the high demand for quality housing in a convenient location, in a city where transportation and commuting has become a growing problem.

The project will be part of a 24-hour lively community that will consist of residences, office towers, a hotel, and shopping center.   The entire master-planned neighborhood will contain over 4 million square feet of saleable area and will be built in three phases.

Construction of the first phase began April 2014 with completion of the first two residential towers scheduled for June 2017.
