Top Off, Groundbreaking & More Milestones for Paraiso District Projects

A Day at The Beach


On August 6th, The Related Group hosted VIPs and families at the site of the future beach club to celebrate several recent construction milestones for the 11-acre master-planned developed in Edgewater.

Toasting a top off, groundbreaking and the announcement of a public park, all of those gathered had much to celebrate. Guests arrived at the stunning bayfront sales center for a fun-filled day that provided an exciting  glimpse into the Paraiso lifestyle. Families and their little ones engaged in various outdoor and water activities, including fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking.


Breathtaking Views, Delicious Gourmet Bites


Back on land, guests were given the opportunity to experience the breathtaking views from the 48th floor of Paraiso Bay and to enjoy tasty bites by the James Beard award-winning chef Michael Schwartz.

The luxurious four-towered community recently broke ground on the site’s Meyer Davis-designed Beach Club, the future home of Michael Schwartz’s new waterfront eatery and topped off the development’s first tower, Paraiso Bay.

The day’s notable guests included: Sonia Figueroa, Related’s Senior Vice President of Condominium Development; and Gabriel Valenzuela, model and actor

A Valuable Donation

At the event, The Related Group also announced plans to donate a half-acre of waterfront land valued at $13 million and located along Biscayne Bay to the city of Miami for a public park. Plans include creation of a new park, as well as building new connecting roads and undertaking improvements to existing roads and infrastructures.
