The Congress Building

Listed in the National Register of Historic Places, The Congress Building was originally constructed in 1923 as a five-story, three-bay office building before expanding to 21 stories and five bays in 1925. Today, the high-rise property, located in the heart of Downtown Miami, consists of 129 affordable rental units and ground-floor retail space that includes four commercial units totaling approximately 6,000 square feet. The Congress Building offers excellent views and provides on-site management. It is equipped with a leasing office, community center, exercise room and laundry facility.
