Dante Fascell

A preservation and substantial rehabilitation project consisting of a 151-unit Miami-Dade County Public Housing apartment building, Dante Fascell is made up of a six-story residential building of one-bedroom/one-bath units, along with a community center and parking, all situated on nearly two acres. The redevelopment plan for low-income tenants has provided a cash payment to the Miami-Dade Public Housing Agency while preserving the existing public housing units. The renovation was enabled by financing through the Florida Housing Finance Corporation.
