Boulevard at West River

The Boulevards at West River (Tower 1, 2, 3, and 4) represent a signature 44-acre mixed-income and mixed-use in the heart of West Tampa. Located along the Hillsborough River within minutes of Downtown Tampa, Armature Works, and the Tampa Riverwalk, The Boulevards encompass 623 units of Class-A housing that is affordable to working class individuals and families seeking best-in-class living near major public schools, services, and other neighborhood amenities. The project represents the public-private redevelopment of Tampa’s oldest and largest public housing development, Boulevard Homes, into a mixed-income and mixed-use master plan for all existing households and new households across a diverse range of affordable and workforce income levels in Tampa. Anchored in world-class public art, The Boulevards also features “Boulevard Flow,” a major installation from celebrated Tampa artist Ya La’ford. Inspired by the West Tampa community itself, including natural features such as the neighborhood’s existing oak tree canopy, the sculpture highlights the interconnectivity between community life of the diverse West Tampa ecosystem.
