Colony Lakes

Colony Lakes is a 220-unit property located in Homestead and originally constructed in 1994. The project underwent a substantial rehabilitation of all of its buildings’ interiors and exteriors in 2011, resulting in more energy-efficient units and an overall better quality of life for residents. The approximately $7 million investment provided for much-needed upgrades to the residences, including new cabinetry, HVAC systems, better plumbing fixtures and appliances, as well as a renovated office, clubhouse and pool deck.
