ETARU

ETARU, located next to Hyde Resort & Residences in Hallandale, is a Japanese-style eatery from Rainer Becker, the creator and co-founder of Zuma Restaurants Worldwide. ETARU’s menu is focused around the Robata Grill, a concept that originated from fisherman of Japan’s northern coast who charcoal-grilled fish on their boats and shared with one another. With a robust menu of sashimi, tataki and maki, as well as craft cocktails, both locations offer residents and guests a top dining option right in the middle of it all.
