Gallery at Smathers Plaza

The Gallery at Smathers Plaza is a public-private partnership with Miami-Dade County Public Housing & Community development including 139 units of new elderly housing with one- and two-bedroom residences. It is Related Urban’s third phase of development within Miami-Dade County’s Smathers Plaza Campus. The Gallery at Smathers Plaza is located within minutes of major employment corridors in Coral Gables and neighborhood retail along SW 8th Street. The project’s modern and airy finishes include stainless steel appliances, impact-resistant windows, new cabinetry with granite countertops, modern energy star appliances and plumbing fixtures, and new public art installations. Other project amenities include a fitness center, a community center, a business center, a leasing office, and an outdoor gazebo on the ground floor.
