Gallery at Marti Park

Gallery at Marti Park is a new 176-unit mixed-income community. Located at 450 SW Fifth St., within Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood, the site is just west of Interstate 95 and 0.25 mile from Miami’s Brickell Financial District. Publix at Miami River, Jose Marti Park, and Calle Ocho lie within a short walking distance.

Roughly half of the project’s apartments will be unrestricted market-rate housing, while the balance will target workforce households earning 80% AMI and 120% AMI and low-income seniors. The 12-story community will encompass one- and two-bedroom floorplans ranging from 622 to 850 square feet.

Residents will have access to a private bike storage room, a tech-enabled package room and a fourth-level recreational deck with panoramic views of Downtown Miami. This deck will offer outdoor grilling areas connected to a fitness center, clubhouse and coworking center. Gallery at Marti Park will also include a new state-of-the-art senior center on the ground floor to serve residents and the broader Little Havana neighborhood.
