Haley Sofge

Located at 800 N.W. 13th Ave. in Related Urban and Miami-Dade County’s River Parc Master Plan, Haley Sofge Preservation involves the substantial rehabilitation of critically needed affordable senior housing in Miami’s urban core. Haley Sofgee is an existing 13-story tower featuring 240 units serving elderly affordable households. The project will enhance unit finishes and amenities, including a fitness center and multipurpose room. Residents will remain within the project as renovations are completed in phases. The development offers views of the Miami River and LoanDepot Park, as well as convenient access to the new Robert King Community Center and Pinecrest Bakery, both within the River Parc Master Plan.
