Jose Marti Villas

Jose Marti Villas will bring 146 affordable housing units to Little Havana in partnership with Miami-Dade County PHCD. Located on SW 17th Avenue, the development will consist of a total of two residential buildings: one eight-story mid-rise building with one hundred and ten units and one three-story garden-style building with thirty-six units. The project will feature a state-of-the-art clubroom and communal laundry rooms. All the units will be set aside for seniors earning between 30% – 80% of Area Median Income.
