Residences at Palm Court

Located in the West Little River neighborhood, Residences at Palm Court will replace 191 existing public housing units with 316 new mixed-income and mixed-use apartments, including a new 5,000 SF Jessie Trice Community Health Clinic. The development is a public-private partnership with Miami-Dade County Public Housing to enhance the site’s density and improve the quality of life for existing residents. Jessie Trice Community Health System has been serving Miami-Dade County since 1967 and is the first federally qualified health center in the State of Florida and 5th in the nation. As one of Miami-Dade County’s preeminent community healthcare centers, the new Clinic will provide new and existing residents with immediate access to quality healthcare options, as well as serving the broader community. Medical staff will include physicians, dentists, and nurse practitioners. Other project amenities will include a dog park, community garden, fitness center, and game room.
