Santa Clara

Santa Clara consists of two residential towers; the first-phase tower, built in 2003, is nine stories; the second tower, built in 2007, consists of 17 stories and includes a five-story parking deck. The 416-unit complex also features a community center and exercise room. Developed in partnership with Miami-Dade County, Santa Clara is located adjacent to the Metrorail station, and close to Downtown Miami and commercial and industrial complexes such as the Civic Center and Jackson Memorial Hospital.
