Stirrup Plaza

A preservation and substantial rehabilitation project consisting of a 100-unit Miami-Dade County Public Housing development in the City of Miami, Stirrup Plaza is comprised of a five-story and a six-story residential building each made up of one-bedroom units, along with perimeter fencing, on approximately 1.5 acres. The redevelopment plan has removed provided a cash payment to the Miami-Dade Public Housing Agency while preserving the existing public housing units.
