Nestled on nine acres of land in one of the most naturally verdant parts of Florida, Winchester Gardens is an affordable 117-unit property originally constructed in 1995. The project’s appeal has been elevated by the results of a $3.4 million investment by Related that provided residents with new cabinetry, HVAC systems, tiles in kitchens and bathrooms, plumbing fixtures and appliances. Among other improvements, the common areas were renovated to include new computers for the business center, a new pool deck and new playground equipment.
